Shape the Future of
Submission Automation
We're selecting 3 MGAs to co-develop the submission intake platform that Canadian MGAs actually need. Subsidized 60-day pilot. Real influence. Direct engineering access.
The Problem
Underwriters Buried in Admin
- 40% of underwriter time spent on data entry (Accenture/McKinsey)
- Only 30-50% of inbound submissions get reviewed — the rest abandoned
- 90-120 minutes per submission: download, read, key-in, check appetite
- Email attachments in every format: fillable, scanned, handwritten
Our Solution
AI That Does the Admin
- Submissions arrive by email or upload — AI processes automatically
- ACORD 125, 126, 140 forms extracted with 100% accuracy on templates
- Structured data ready for BMS export in minutes, not hours
- Human-in-the-loop review: AI assists, underwriter decides

How It Works
From email to structured data in minutes, not hours
1. Ingest
Broker emails arrive at your dedicated address or upload via dashboard. AI detects form types automatically.
2. Extract
3-tier extraction engine: rule-based for fillable PDFs, coordinate mapping for native, and AI vision for scanned documents.
3. Review
Underwriters see structured data side-by-side with the original PDF. Edit, approve, and export to your BMS.

Common Questions
What MGA leaders ask before joining the program
More than a beta test. You're shaping the product — which features get built, how the workflow integrates with your team, what the output format looks like. Your operations reality becomes our product spec. In return, you get working technology and a partner who's building specifically for your use case.
All submission data is processed on Canadian-hosted infrastructure. We sign an NDA before any data exchange. You can anonymize or redact sensitive fields before sharing samples. We never share your data with other partners or third parties. Data deletion is available on request at any time.
Minimal. We need one contact person for a 30-minute feedback call every two weeks, plus 5-10 sample submissions upfront to calibrate the system. Your team doesn't need to change their existing workflow during the partnership.
We're building Applied Epic integration first (the majority of Canadian MGAs). AMS360, Origami Risk, and BindHQ are on the roadmap. During the co-creation phase, we also support CSV export that works with any system. Part of the partnership is understanding your specific tech stack so we build the right integration.
At Day 30 we do a joint check-in to assess progress and fit. At Day 60, we sit down together and decide next steps. If it's working, you transition to a paid plan at founding partner pricing — locked in permanently. If it's not the right fit, we part ways with no obligation.
Fair question. The co-creation model is designed exactly for this: you don't commit budget or change your existing process. We run in parallel, not replacing anything. You see real results on real submissions before making any decision. Our team is Vancouver-based and we're building this for the long term.
